This small-batch Greek Balsamic Vinegar is an artisan recipe 40 years in the making, created from sun-kissed and sun-dried grapes grown in the hills around Kalamata, Greece.

It blends aged Greek wine vinegar with concentrated grape must for a remarkably smooth, balanced taste.

Balsamic Dressing

Use 2 parts Petromilos or Koutsis Cold Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil

with 1 part Balsamic Vinegar and shake well, store at ambient temperature as the Olive Oil will set in the fridge
