This small-batch Greek Balsamic Glaze is an artisan recipe 40 years in the making, created from sun-kissed and sun-dried grapes grown in the hills around Kalamata, Greece.

It blends aged Greek wine vinegar with concentrated grape must for a remarkably smooth, balanced taste.
We take 20 litres of Koutsis Greek Balsamic Vinegar and reduce this by heating on a Gas hob we reduce it too 5 litres, we dont add anything else to the Glaze , as it is already quite sweet it coats the inside of the bottle
